1. Introduction

Welcome to Z Cleaning Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our cleaning services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Z Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning for corporate offices and headquarters, small to medium offices, end of tenancy cleaning for landlords and letting agents, commercial premises (shops, cafes, gyms, salons), schools, nurseries, community centres, places of worship, warehouses and industrial sites, and Airbnb and short-let properties. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.

3. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) or via our online form. A booking is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation. For end of tenancy cleaning, please book at least 7 days in advance where possible. For office and corporate cleaning, we require a minimum 30-day commitment for regular contracts.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We provide a fixed price quote before any work begins – no hourly surprises. Payment is due after the cleaning is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card, and cash. For regular corporate or office contracts, we may request payment on a monthly basis. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee after 14 days of non-payment.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price. If our team arrives at the property and is unable to gain access (locked doors, no key, no one present), a £40 missed appointment fee applies. For end of tenancy cleaning, cancellations less than 48 hours before the job may incur a 75% fee due to lost booking slots.

6. Our Guarantee and Re-Clean Policy

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning completion, provide clear photos or a description of the missed area, and we will send a cleaner back to re-clean the affected area free of charge. Our guarantee does not cover areas not included in the original cleaning checklist. We do not offer refunds – only re-cleans. For end of tenancy cleaning, if your letting agent or landlord rejects the clean, we will re-clean for free within 7 days.

7. Access and Safety

You must provide safe access to the property. For out-of-hours cleaning, you may provide a key, key code, or arrange for someone to let us in. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by faulty locks, unsafe premises, or hazards not disclosed to us before the clean. If we encounter biohazards (mould, bodily fluids, vermin infestation), we reserve the right to stop work immediately and charge for time spent.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to inform us of any valuable or fragile items that require special care, remove any items that could be damaged by standard cleaning processes, secure any sensitive documents or confidential materials, ensure that utilities (water, electricity, heating) are functioning during our visit, and for end of tenancy cleaning, remove all personal belongings before our team arrives.

9. Liability

Z Cleaning Services holds public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear, damage caused by faulty equipment or surfaces not fit for cleaning, loss or damage to items not secured by the client, or consequential losses (e.g., business interruption, lost rent). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the cleaning service.

10. Equipment and Products

We bring all necessary cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products. If you request specific products or equipment, you must provide them and accept responsibility for their use. We are not liable for allergic reactions to our standard eco-friendly products, which are hypoallergenic and non-toxic.

11. Website Use

All content on this website is for general information only. We may change or remove website content without notice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by reliance on website information. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this website without written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
